Cortana-Powered Harman Kardon Invoke Reaches Stores October 22

The Harman Kardon Invoke, a smart speaker powered by Microsoft's Cortana assistant, will become available on October 22. It uses Harman's Sonique "far-field voice recognition technology with seven microphones," enabling Cortana to hear users "from any direction."
You can use Cortana to activate applications and to provide information, just as you'd use Google Assistant on the Google Home or Alexa on the Echo.
Spotify Premium, iHeartRadio, and TuneIn are available to start. Microsoft says support for Pandora is coming in the near future.
Cortana can also be used to control smart home devices, though that kind of support is limited right now compared to what you'd find with Alexa.
The Invoke costs $199.
