One of Apple Music's first exclusive non-music offerings, Carpool Karaoke, is going to arrive on August 8. The show features celebrities like Will Smith, Metallica, and Ariana Grande. Its release date was confirmed by Eddy Cue, Apples's VP of internet software and services.
Carpool Karaoke is meant to be a fun, celebrity-filled series. It already has a following due to its time being hosted elsewhere by James Corden, host of the Late Late Show.
Apple Music subscribers will receive 16 episode during the first season. Its exclusive availability on the app could bring more people to the music streaming service.
