Alongside Android Wear 2.0 roll out, Google has reportedly also released new Android update. Some users of Nexus player and Pixel C tablet are reporting that the Android 7.1.2 update is available for download, so it is only a matter of time before it reaches other devices.
As for the improvements, don't expect much from the update. It is all about bug fixes and small enhancements, without any new features. In case of Pixel C, the update received the color tweak, new navigation buttons, rounded app icons and the app drawer is no longer included.
