ASUS shipped most gaming laptops last year, but there is still a lot of room for improvements. The company has high-end and mid-range segment covered, but the budget gaming notebook section is something that ASUS has been working on for a few months now.
According to Laptopmag, ASUS is working on a new gaming laptop with the best price/performance ratio. Called ASUS X580, the laptop will pack Intel Core i5-7300HQ (Kaby Lake) and the new GeForce GTX 1050 based on Pascal architecture. Other specs are not yet known, but the price tag should start at around $799 for the USA and €869 for Europe.☺
