iOS devices now offer a dedicated Support app that can be used to look up info, receive assistance via chat/email or phone call, and schedule an appointment. Information in the form of guides and tutorials will be immediately available for all of your registered devices.
Receiving support through chat in particular makes the support process more convenient for consumers.
You can also register devices within the app and schedule repairs when something more serious happens to one of your products.
