Sony's latest flagship smartphone has been available in the United States for a few weeks now, but the smaller variant has yet to hit the shelves. The Xperia XZ1 Compact can now be pre-order from Amazon and the smartphone is expected to start shipping next month.
The retailer also claims it will start shipping the smartphone on October 4. The price of the device is set at $599, but unlike international version, it does not come with the fingerprint scanner enabled due to a legal issue with Verizon, and only works GSM carriers in the country such as AT&T and T-Mobile.
