The design language used for Sony's handsets has barely changed in years, but the company is finally moving in the direction of offering devices with a new look. Kenichiro Hibi, Sony India's managing director, revealed a new generation of phones with a "completely new design" will be available.
Outside of those new products, Hibi said the "OmniBalance design" will remain in existence so long as the X series persists on the market.
Details about the new design weren't offered, though some possibilities include a bezel-less design.
Sony's next flagship will be available "soon."
