Comcast Has An $18 TV Streaming Service For Broadband Customers

A TV streaming service previously known as Xfinity Stream is expanding to cover all of Comcast's US markets and it'll now be referred to as Xfinity Instant TV. The rollout around the country is expected to finish within a couple weeks. It's exclusively available to the company's broadband customers.
Internet users can pay $18 per month extra to receive a small bundle of around a dozen channels. Although HBO had been included in the core package at no additional cost, you'll now have to spend $15 more per month to get HBO.
Alternative plans with more channels are available if you're fine spending more money.
Content can be streamed to mobile devices and desktops.
