Early reports suggested that Apple's new chipset will have improved performance, but nobody thought it would be this good. Apple iPhone X has visited the Geekbench 4 benchmark and the results show that Apple A11 Bionic is the best chipset on the market.
Whether in single or multi-core tests, the A11 Bionic simply dominates. It is over 2x better in single-core test and 1.5x in multi-core tests, dethroning the Snapdragon 835.
Interestingly the A11 Bionic was three years in the making. This was confirmed by Apple's SVP of Worldwide Marketing Phil Schiller and SVP of Hardware Technology Johny Srouji. They also said Apple is always thinking ahead, but that it is also "getting harder." For a complete interview, click here.
