Instagram Now Works With Landscape, Portrait Albums

Instagram has improved its photo album feature, letting users post albums with landscape and portrait shots. The feature has been available since February, but it's been restricted to the square photo format that dominated the earlier days of Instagram. It moved beyond exclusively supporting square photos a couple years ago.
Starting today, you can choose landscape and portrait formats when sharing multiple photos and videos in one post.
When you decide to use an alternative format, the album feature requires you to apply that format to all of your pictures, so you still can't utilize multiple formats in a single album.

The same total photo limit (10) exists for albums.
