The carrier nicknamed Big Red has just announced that its smartwatch is now available for purchase. Just as promised, the Wear24 is now available in stores and online. If you're willing to sign a contract, the watch will cost you $299. Otherwise, it is priced at $349.
Verizon Wear24 features a 1.39-inch AMOLED display, Snapdragon Wear 2100 chipset, 768MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, a 450 mAh battery and LTE connectivity. Two things that this watch is missing are a rotating crown or physical buttons for app shortcuts, and no support for NFC for Android Pay.
