SolarCity's Former CEO Is Leaving Tesla

Lyndon Rive, former CEO of SolarCity, is departing from Tesla, which acquired SolarCity last year. He'll leave the company in June so that he can start a new project and spend more time with his family. Rive is also Tesla CEO Elon Musk's cousin.
Since 2016, Rive has functioned as Tesla's head of sales and services for its energy division. He joined the company after Tesla spent $2.6 billion on an acquisition.
He described his solar company as "healthier than it's ever been," suggesting he approves of the way Tesla is handling solar operations.
