Intel's Next-Gen ULV Quad-Core CPU Spotted On GFXBench

Intel has recently launched its quad-core ultra-low voltage processors for notebooks that are based on Kaby Lake architecture, but if you are not in a hurry to buy a new laptop, then you should wait for the successor to Kaby Lake that isn't far away.
The successor to Kaby Lake won't bring any drastic improvements, and will probably feature up to 15 percent performance bump over the current processors. The biggest improvement will be the addition of quad-core processors in the ULV lineup.
The current flagship model, i7-7600U, features only two cores with four threads, while according to the GFXBench listing, which has been taken down, the Core i7-8650U features four cores and eight threads. The CPU is clocked at 1.9 GHz, compared to Core i7-7600U's 2.8 GHz, but we're probably looking at the engineering sample and final clocks could be significantly higher. The GPU will probably remain the same.
