Thousands of illegitimate anti-net neutrality comments have taken up a lot of space in the FCC's comment section. The agency is currently accepting comments from the public regarding its proposed rollback of net neutrality regulations.
Although many thousands of people have legitimately responded by sending in real comments, the FCC is also being bombarded with fake responses.
Basically all of the fake ones share this text:

Upwards of 50,000 comments like that have already been submitted.
They were sent in alongside real names and addresses, yet when the listed individuals were asked for comment, they denied any involvement or knowledge of the posts.
