The Nintendo Switch is officially the fastest selling console in Nintendo's history. It sold 906,000 units in March alone, which Nintendo considers particularly good for a "non-traditional" console sale month like March.
While it isn't selling as fast as the PS4, Nintendo says the Switch has sold faster than many other consoles.
An interesting stat pertaining to the Switch is that 925,000 copies of Zelda: Breath of the Wild were sold for the system. Apparently more people wanted to buy the latest Zelda game than the console required for playing it.
