Following the report that Amazon's is trying to make Alexa answer customer service questions, a new report came out hinting at new products. According to Recode, Amazon may unveil new Alexa-powered devices that will be capable of making phone calls and talking with other Alexa devices, creating a household intercom system.
The devices will also serve as an intercom system between people on the opposite end of another Alexa device. There are still no details on how the devices would work, but the report said that the announcement should arrive in the "coming months."
