PayPal has released its first bot and it's available in Slack. You can now easily send money just by using this format, "/PayPal send $ to (insert username here)." If you'd like, you can attach a reason for the payment.
For the bot to work, you must install it in Slack, connect your accounts, and set up your transaction settings. The bot is limited to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia for now.
An example PayPal gives of how this feature can be used is in transferring a small amount of money to a co-worker who is picking up coffee.
