Google Sets Up $4 Million Immigration Crisis Fund

Google has established a large fund that'll contribute money to groups assisting immigrants and refugees. The company has committed $2 million to the fund. Employees can bring that to a total of $4 million by matching gifts to the International Rescue Committee, UNHCR, Immigrant Legal Resource Center and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
It set up the fund in response to President Trump's executive order on immigration. That order has been widely criticized and has caused problems for countless people.
Donations to immigration, refugee, and civil liberties groups have increased dramatically since the order. The ACLU received $24 million during the weekend, for example.
