ZeniMax Now Wants $4 Billion From Oculus, Jury To Decide

ZeniMax has updated its claim against Oculus and Facebook to demand $4 billion, up from the prior $2 billion. That figure covers $2 billion in compensation and an extra $2 billion for punitive damages. The cases revolves around the claim that Oculus CTO John Carmack stole ZeniMax intellectual property covering VR.
The damages request increased when ZeniMax was finishing its closing arguments.
A jury is now going to decide on the case. Based on the trial so far, ZeniMax isn't believed to have a very strong case against Oculus and Facebook.
