SpaceX About To Launch Its Last Non-Reusable Falcon 9

SpaceX's next mission is scheduled for as early as January 30, at which point the company will likely use a non-reusable Falcon 9 for the last time. All of its launches after that point should involve rockets that'll land back on Earth, thereby saving SpaceX a lot of money.
The Falcon 9 is going to bring an EchoStar satellite to space. It'll use too much fuel due to the size of the load (5.4 imperial tons) for the first stage to attempt a landing.
Future launches of large payloads will use an upgraded Falcon 9 or a Falcon Heavy.
It's still possible a disposable rocket could be used again in the future, but SpaceX plans to attempt landings during all future missions.
