According to rumours, Samsung really did its homework with the upcoming flagship smartphone. The Galaxy S8 is expected to feature an improved design with very thin bezels, no physical home button along with high-end specifications and new software features.
Earlier this month, we had a chance to hear more about the Continuum-like feature called Desktop eXperience, or DeX. The company has now filed for a trademark for the name Samsung DeX. Thanks to USB Type-C port and powerful hardware, the Galaxy S8 series will be more than capable of turning itself into a PC when connected to a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Here is the description of the feature:
