Preorders for the Nintendo Switch will begin tomorrow, Nintendo has revealed, but it sounds like they're going to be quite restricted. You'll need to be able to go to the company's NYC retail location if you want to preorder the console. No mention of online preorders or wider availability was provided.
A limited quantity of pre-orders for the #NintendoSwitch will begin on 1/13 at 9AM while supplies last at #NintendoNYC.
Those preorders will open at 9 a.m. EST and Nintendo will only take them "while supplies last."
More information is going to be released about the Switch at 8 p.m. PST on Thursday. We may learn about its availability and price.
