Samsung needs to release a great phone in 2017 to put behind the recent Galaxy Note 7 issues and the upcoming Galaxy S8 surely looks promising. Besides improved design and high-end specs, Samsung will add a few other features, including AI-based virtual assistant that will reportedly be integrated with native apps as well as support for stylus.
The stylus support was reserved for Note series in the past, but according to recent rumours that Samsung might kill the Galaxy Note series, this looks like a logical move. Maybe Samsung just wants to make up for the fact that there won't be a new Note handset for almost a year. Guess we'll find out more as the Galaxy S8 event approaches.
