The next Surface Pro device is reportedly going to be introduced during the first quarter of 2017. DigiTimes reports the Surface Pro 5 offers "an Ultra HD display and magnetic charging stylus." Pegatron is handling its production. Given the Surface Pro 4 launched in October 2015, an unveil in early 2017 is already past a typical launch timeline.
This report, which originates with Economic Daily News (China), says Quanta Computer could end up contributing to the 2-in-1's production.
None of the Surface Pro 5's core specs were mentioned in the report.
