Only hours after HTC was rumoured to be working on Vive 2 headset, the company quickly dismissed the rumours, saying "there is no truth to the rumour of launching Vive 2 at CES." The good thing is that HTC never said they are not working on it, just it won't be released at CES 2017.
HTC also added that they are focused on building out a strong and growing ecosystem for current and future Vive owners, which is a good thing as the ecosystem for VR owners isn't the best due to low amount of quality VR content.
