Apple’s to host 29th Worldwide Developers Conference in San Jose

Apple announced on Tuesday that it will host its 29th annual Worldwide Developers Conference in San Jose from June 4 to June 8. The McEnery Convention Centre will once again be home to “the world’s most creative developer community, who come together every year to share unique perspectives and learn about the future of Apple’s breakthrough products and services,” the iPhone maker said.
Every year, WWDC provides an opportunity for millions of developers to get an insight of what the company is working but most importantly to learn more about how to create new experiences across Apple's platforms for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Mac and HomePod, Apple said.
In 2017, WWDC brought together developers from 75 countries for keynote sessions, hands-on labs, guest speakers, and events.
Last year, Apple announced iOS 11 as well products like the HomePod at the event. In 2017, Apple also debuted the ARKit which has resulted in scores KR Alka that bring virtual experiences to customers.
Developers can apply for tickets now on March 22 via the WWDC website. However, the Cupertino-based company said that tickets will be issued through a random selection process with developers being notified of their application status by March 23. The company has also come out with around 350 WWDC Student Scholarships providing students and members of all STEM organizations an opportunity to earn a free ticket to WWDC.
