Voice commands in Spotify will be working on Sonos' speakers before the end of the year. On its support forums, the company announced a deadline of December 21 for that support rollout. None of the Sonos setups that provide access to Amazon's Alexa currently offer voice commands in the streaming app.
When this support is added, you'll be able to use those commands on the Sonos One, which comes with Alexa built-in. The commands will also work with other Sonos speakers paired with an Echo product.
Alexa on Sonos currently works with Amazon Music, Pandora, iHeartRadio, TuneIn Radio, and SiriusXM.
