For 2018, Samsung will release at least three new flagship smartphones and those are Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9 Plus and Galaxy Note 9. The new Galaxy S smartphones are expected to be released earlier than before, while the Note 9 is scheduled for the second part of the year.
The development of the new Galaxy S9 lineup is in final stages and we are finally started hearing some details about it. It looks like Samsung could be looking to follow in Apple's footsteps and includes a 3D facial recognition system. While the Galaxy S8 does feature facial recognition, its successor will have an improved 3D sensor.
On the other hand, the South Korean company is also working hard on improving the Galaxy Note 9 model and is looking for ways to improve its signature features such as the S Pen. There's still plenty of time for rumors and leaks to surface before the phones go official, but until then, take a look at this interesting video render.
