IGN Buys Humble Bundle Game Shop

IGN, one of the largest gaming and entertainment media companies, is acquiring Humble Bundle. Users aren't going to notice any changes on the indie game store, says Humble Bundle. The company's "office, culture, and amazing team" won't be affected by the deal.
Humble Bundle is best known for offering video game bundles with a pay-what-you-want model. Part of the revenue from those bundles goes to charity. This model has proven popular with gamers ever since Humble Bundle appeared in 2010.

Over time, the storefront has ended up offering bundles for other kinds of content, like ebooks and music. It's raised $100 million for charity.
