Essential PH-1 Gets A New Software Update

Essential had a rough start as the launch of its first smartphone had been delayed for a few weeks. Now, the company has started working on new software updates that should improve the Essential PH-1 handset and is now rolling out an update to the phone.
The update brings October security patch, touch scrolling issue fix, fingerprint gestures and most importantly, KRACK WP2 Wi-Fi protocol vulnerability. There are no new features, only bug fixes, and security patch. The update comes with a build number Build NMJ20D and is just 74.8MB in size.
