You can now use Apple Pay and similar services to withdraw cash from more than 5,000 Wells Fargo ATMs, making it easier to access your money without a physical card in hand. Wells Fargo revealed in March that cardless withdrawals would be coming to thousands of ATMs in the US.
This capability exists for multiple mobile wallet services, including Wells Fargo Wallet for Android, Apple Pay, Android Pay or Samsung Pay. ATMs that work with the feature will show a "contactless symbol" decal.
To complete a transaction, you'll need to use your "Wells Fargo Debit or EasyPay Card Personal Identification Number (PIN)" rather than Touch ID.
Come 2019, its remaining 8,000 machines will receive this ability.
