When you sign a contract with a certain carrier for monthly unlimited cellular data, you probably didn't know that there is a throttling limit. T-Mobile calls that Fair Usage threshold, which has been set to 32 GB. The good news is that the carrier will now increase the limit.
According to a screenshot of a T-Mobile's document, the monthly unlimited throttling limit will be increased from 32 GB to 50 GB. The new change will start on September 20. Hopefully other carriers will follow as they all have similar throttling limits.
