TCL had a briefing yesterday as part of IFA's press days, where they revealed more information about upcoming BlackBerry smartphone, but also commented at the BlackBerry KEYone. The company said that the KEYone has proved to be quite the success and that they want to bring the same success with the new smartphone.
As for the new smartphone, we know that it won't have a keyboard, offering only a touchscreen and it will cost around the same amount as the KEYone, at $549. It will also be the first BB phone that will be water resistant. TCL also said that the new device will be launching in October.
