Xiaomi is the company that started the bezel-less trend with its Mi Mix handset, which is still a phone with the smallest bezels around the display. The Chinese company recently confirmed that the renowned designer Philippe Starck, who designed the original Mi Mix, is working on the Mi Mix 2.
The designer has now posted a video on Facebook, showing the "work in progress". From what we can see, the Mi Mix 2 will indeed have even smaller bezels. The side and top bezels are almost gone, while the bottom is there, but now much smaller. The bottom bezel is probably needed because of the front camera and other sensors.
The phone is expected to be announced sometime in September.
