Yesterday, Dell released an "urgent" BIOS update for the XPS 13 (9360) owners that supersedes version 2.1.0. The update was expected to improve Thunderbolt Dock stability and numerous suspend/resume issues, but instead it brought some serious problems.
According to users that did install the update, you will no longer be able to use your notebook. The exact reason why this happens is unknown, but some preliminary analyses hint that Dell may have accidentally uploaded an older BIOS version instead of the real 1.0.7 update. This is yet another BIOS-related issue that XPS owners need to deal with.
