Twitter has updated its privacy policy, with one of the changes being that it'll no longer respect Do Not Track requests. Do Not Track is supported by all of the major browsers and it lets sites know you want to opt-out of cross-site tracking. However, enforcement is up to the site you're visiting.
According to the social network, it's not going to respect Do Not Track since the standard hasn't been widely adopted.

It's also increasing how long tracking cookies remain active from 10 to 30 days.
