The Tesla Model 3 is a much cheaper electric vehicle relative to the Model S, but that doesn't mean Tesla is severely compromising on core performance elements. A leaked retail comparison chart has revealed the car offers a 5.6-second 0-60 mph time.
Tesla previously said the vehicle would come with a 0-60 time under "6 seconds," but it didn't specify the exact time.
For comparison, the Model S' acceleration time is just 2.3 seconds at its best. Yet the vehicle costs more than twice what the Model 3 does.
With its 5.6-second time, the Model 3 will be comparable to the Audi A3 and BMW 330i.
