Survey Finds Apple AirPods Have 98% Customer Satisfaction Rate

Apple's wireless AirPod earbuds are enjoying a high customer satisfaction rate, according to data from Creative Strategies and Experian. A survey has found 98% of AirPods owners are at least satisfied with their purchase and 82% are "very satisfied."
Those high satisfaction ratings come despite a big delay in the availability of the AirPods.
The other 2% responded with "neither satisfied nor dissatisfied" or "dissatisfied."
With those kinds of ratings, the AirPods are one of the better received Apple products in recent years. The Apple Watch had a 97% rate in 2015, while the iPhone had a 92% rate.
When asked how likely they were to recommend the product, the respondents gave the AirPods a 75/100, indicating they're highly likely to recommend them.
