Samsung Announces Live UFC, X Games, Live Nation Broadcasts In VR

Samsung has announced a set of live virtual reality broadcasts. With its VR Live Pass, you'll have access to UFC, X Games, and Live Nation events starting June 3. The first event is a UFC Featherweight Championship match between Jose Aldo and Max Holloway.
The Minneapolis X Games will then be streamed from July 13 to July 16.
Live Nation music events will be available in August. Samsung says virtual reality viewers will get "the best seats in the house."
Samsung is using these partnerships to boost interest in the VR format. It hopes to encourage more people to check out devices like the Gear VR.
Partnering with these companies to expand our VR services helps us to open up a new gateway of opportunities for fans and demonstrate our commitment to delivering experiences that make the seemingly impossible, possible,- Younghee Lee, executive VP, Samsung
You'll be able to get Live Pass for free from the Samsung VR app early next month.
