Instagram Adds Reversible 'Archive' Option For Posts

For people who are unsure about keeping up a post on Instagram, the social network has added an "archive" option. The new feature is a bit less severe than outright deleting your post. When you archive something, Instagram lets you restore it whenever you like or you can keep viewing it privately.
During the time that content is archived, everyone else will be unable to see it, but the user can put it back up if they want to.
In order to archive a post you must tap the three dots alongside a post and pick the "archive" option. Users can view all of their archived content on their profile page.
Instagram says this gives people a "private space for personal viewing of older posts."
