Twitch Adds A News Feed Called 'Pulse'

Game streaming site Twitch has taken a step towards functioning more like a social network. It now has its own Twitter-like news feed called Pulse. You'll be able to see all of the content from your favorite streamers.
Streamers are encouraged to use the feed to share videos, clips, schedules, links, photos, and text updates. Those users have generally relied on networks like Twitter and Facebook to interact with fans in the past.
Pulse is located on the front page of the site when you're logged in. It'll be integrated into the mobile app.
Twitch is accepting feedback regarding the feature since it's still in beta.
