Well-known fitness tracker firm Jawbone is one of the key company on the market, alongside Fitbit, but the company is now facing criticism from customers that is ditching consumer devices and abandoning their customers. To back up those allegations, the company's social media accounts have not been updated for several weeks.
Customers are also saying that their emails are unanswered, and some customer services are not currently available, which is a clear sign that something happening.
The company's spokesperson denied those allegations, adding that the firm was "in a process of transition" and customer care is "days from being back online." We will see in a couple of days if anything has changed.
