Galaxy S8 Might Use Facial Recognition For Payments

Facial recognition for mobile payments will be added to the Galaxy S8 "within months of release," says Bloomberg. That feature will provide an alternative way to carry out secure payments. Samsung is reportedly working on iris, facial, and fingerprint scanning for payment services.
It has already spoken with banks to get this feature adopted.
Samsung has been offering facial recognition for phone unlocking purposes for years and it has continued to improve.
Other reports claim Apple is headed in the same direction and will reportedly introduce facial recognition which could be used for payments.
