Hardware projects from Facebook's Building 8 may be revealed to the public in April. Business Insider reports teams within Building 8 are working on four advanced tech projects that may be discussed during Facebook's F8 conference.
Reports have claimed Building 8 is working on augmented reality systems, brain-scanning, drones, and even medical devices.
No confirmation about an upcoming announcement has come from Facebook, which has continued to remain secretive about what Building 8 is working on.
Facebook launched the hardware-centric division last year. It was originally led by Regina Dugan, former leader of Google's Advanced Technology and Projects.
