Android Nougat is out for the ZTE Axon 7 and the phone is also receiving support for Google's Daydream virtual reality platform. This update makes the Axon 7 the cheapest Daydream device on the market. Android 7 includes some feature updates, interface changes, and improved battery efficiency.
Since all ZTE Axon 7 units are unlocked, everyone can download the update beginning today without waiting for a carrier.
Daydream support allows the phone to work with the Daydream View headset. Daydream is also found on the Pixel, Pixel X, Moto Z, and Moto Z Force.
