YouTube Adds Double-Tap Control For Skipping, Going Back 10-Seconds

YouTube is rolling out a new feature on iOS and Android that makes it a little easier to browse around videos on mobile devices. The feature adds a double-tap control for fast forwarding or going back 10-seconds. You'll tap on the right for the former and left for the latter.
Not everyone has reported seeing the feature, though many people say it's available on Android and iOS. It might not be live for everyone on all devices.
Some have complained about the implementation. If you tap the screen once, the options will appear while YouTube waits for a second tap. This adds lag to the interface, which can be annoying if you're actually looking for different controls.
