Xiaomi might not be attending this year's Mobile World Congress, but it is working hard on bringing new products. For 2017, the company plans to launch two new flagship handsets, alongside other phones, and we are now treated with some live images and specifications.
The new Mi Max 2 phablet won't undergo drastic changes. It will have improved design with thinner bezels, but will still keep the same 6.44-inch display. It will be powered by a yet-to-be-launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and a 5,000 mAh battery.
As for the flagship Mi 6, the phone has now leaked in live images. There are rumours that Xiaomi may be working on three different versions, with two of them based on Snapdragon 835 chipset and another based on MediaTek's Helio X30. We still don't know when the phone will be released, but we'll keep you posted once new information comes out.
