After LG confirmed that its latest UltraFine displays don't play nice when routrs are near them, Apple has decided to delayed the LG UltraFine 5K Display while it awaits LG to fix the issue and start shipping new units that are not susceptible to interference from Wi-Fi routers.
Apple also has also blocked stores from selling existing stock, so customers now need to wait 5-6 weeks for new orders. LG confirmed it is working on a shielding fix that will be included with future models to cut down electromagnetic interference that is causing the issues, but there is no timeframe when the new units will starts shipping.
