Verizon customers who still have an unlimited data plan have a strict limit of 200 GB per month, the carrier has confirmed. Anyone averaging more than that will either need to leave the carrier or accept a regular data tier plan.
This is largely another round of warnings for those excessive users. Verizon told them last year that they would need to change their way of operating or accept another plan. Now it has publicly confirmed the 200 GB data limit.
Some users have complained about receiving warnings despite not being anywhere close to 200 GB, so it's not clear what's happening in those cases.
