Mark Zuckerberg is a high-profile individual, but he keeps his personal Facebook profile open for everyone to see, despite the trouble that may bring. According to Bloomberg, Zuckerberg is able to keep his profile open because there's a team dedicated to moderating content posted to it.
At least 12 people remove harassing comments and other spam. Facebook has a separate team that works on Zuckerberg's communications, such as writing posts and speeches. There are also personal photographers who stick around just to capture the CEO.
It appears if Zuckerberg is to remain connected to the community through his page, a small army is required.
